立体土豆泥｜Fake Mashed Potato

因为…没力气压土豆
所以土豆实际上还是有形状。
不是泥，但胜于泥。

用料  

立体土豆泥｜Fake Mashed Potato的做法  

1. 水滚开，小土豆煮8-10分钟；
   熟了后，凉水过滤1-2遍；
   剥皮，用勺子切成成小块；
   压不压泥随意。
   
   
   Boil the mini potatoes in the boiling water for 8-10mins,
   Flush the potatoes with iced water once or twice,
   Peel off the skins of potatoes and slice them into little pieces,
   It's okay to not mash them.

2. 洋葱丁在油锅里爆炒；
   加上黄瓜丁、胡萝卜丁；
   
   
   Fry cubed onions with Oliver oil,
   Then add cubed cucumber and carrots.

3. 土豆也加进锅里；
   加黑胡椒粉，酱油。
   
   
   Add the mashed potato,
   With black pepper and soy.

4. 完成。
   
   Finished.
