Matcha granola
用料
Coconut Oil | 60g |
Honey | Less than 120g |
Matcha powder | 2 Tbsp |
Nuts | 80g or handful |
Oats | 300g |
Matcha granola的做法
1. Melted coconut oil then add into the rest of ingredients to mix together.
If like chocolate flavor, then you can replace matcha to cacao powder (30g), and mixed 30g shredded coconut, 100g chocolate chips, 1 Tsp vanilla and a hit of salt.
2. Baking 180C for 30 mins

2 cups rolled oats(or 1 3/4 Cup )
1/2 cup buckwheat or not
1 Tbsp chia seed
1 Cup mixed seeds and nuts
1/3 Cup shredded coconut
2 Tsp matcha powder
Mix all the ingredients well
Then add 1/2 Cup maple syrup (honey)or less, combined them well.
Place it into the pan and put it in the preheat oven 180C, and bake for 10 - 12 mins. After that let it cool for 20 mins before moving it around.
