butter ½ tablespoon
grated zucchini 3 and ½ cups
beaten eggs 2
salt ½ teaspoon
ground black pepper 1 teaspoon
cornmeal 2 tablespoons
breadcrumbs 3 tablespoons
grated kasar cheese or parmesan 4 tablespoons

焗烤西葫芦SKINNY ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE的做法  

  1. Preheat the oven to 190C.

  2. Grease a baking pan with butter.

  3. Squeeze the grated zucchini with your hands and remove that excessive water.

  4. Add the beaten eggs, 1 tablespoon cheese, salt and black pepper and combine them well.

  5. Pour this mixture into the baking pan and spread evenly.

  6. Cover the paking pan with aluminium foil and bake for 30 minutes until puffed up.

  7. Take it out, uncover and bake for a further 15 minutes or until golden.
