| vegetables of your choice | grated or finely chopped |
| onion &celery&carrotes&garlic | |
| leek& capsicum &mushroom | |
| courgette&eggplants | |
| 400g tin chopped tomatoes or 400ml passata | *2tbsp tomato puree |
| *fresh basil leaves & *parmsan cheese | |
| *tin tuna |
Vegetable Pasta的做法
Heat olive oil in a pan
*add mince-brown
Add the vegetables: 5-10minutes*Add 2tbsp toamto puree
Add 400g tin chopped tomatoes or 400ml passata
(& 1tsp sugar)
pour in vegetable stock if need
Add fresh basil leves or oregano
Boil&simmer: 20-30minutes
season.
(suitable for freeze)Cook pasta,
save 1 cup cooking liquid.
mix the sauce & pasta & liquid
*sprinke with parmesan& fresh basil & drizzle of olive oil
