波本威士忌 bourbon (可省略) | 30g |
糙米糖漿或其他甜味劑 brown rice syrup(any other sweetener is okay to use) | 60g |
椰子糖或其他甜味劑 coconut sugar(any sweetener is okay to use) | 40g |
木薯澱粉或其他澱粉 tapioca starch(you can use other kind of starch) | 15g |
香草精 vanilla extract | 2tsp |
碧根果 pecan nuts | 150g |

【Peaceful Cuisine】 Pecan Pie的做法
將全麥低筋麵粉、楓糖漿和油混合均勻
Put whole pastry flour, maple syrup and oil together and mix well將混合物放入模具並輕壓
Put the mixture into a cake tin and press the dough a little用料理機混合內餡的所有原料
Blend all the ingredients of filling with food processor(or blender)加入100克碧根果,小火加熱混合物至濃稠
Add 100g pecan nuts the gently heat the mixture until thicken將混合物倒入模具並裝飾剩下的碧根果
Pour the mixture into the cake tin, put additional pecan nuts on top350華氏度/180攝氏度,烤30分鐘
Bake at 350F/180c for 30 minutes
