雞胸肉 Chicken breast | 兩塊 |
鹽和胡椒 Salt and pepper | 適量 |
黃油 Butter | 30克 |
姜和大蒜 | 一小堆 |
紅辣椒醬 | 60克 |
青菜、胡蘿蔔和西紅柿 | 少量(擺盤時使用) |
植物油 | 適量 |
Grilled chicken breast with red pepper butter 紅辣椒黃油烤雞胸肉的做法
The chicken breasts are set asided and waited.
Then shred the ginger and dice the garlic, set inside.
將處理好的雞胸肉放在一旁進行等待。然後將姜切絲,大蒜切丁,備用。Place chopped ginger and diced garlic in a bowl, add plant oil, salt, pepper and chilli sauce(childern who like eat chilli can add a little more chilli), mix in plastic wrap and let stand for an hour to taste better.
將切好的薑絲和蒜丁放入碗中,再加入適量的植物油、鹽、胡椒和紅辣椒醬,攪拌均勻。再包上保鮮膜,靜置一小時,使其更入味。Take the chicken breast out, arrange it neatly on an oven rack (here, for the sake of the condition, the charcoal is replaced by the oven), put it in the oven, and cook for 10 minutes.
將雞胸肉拿出,整齊擺放在烤箱架子上(這裡因為條件關係,將碳烤替換成了烤箱烤),然後放入烤箱先烤制10分鐘。Slice the washed carrots and tomatoes. Wash the vegetables and put them on a plate.
將洗淨的胡蘿蔔和西紅柿切片,青菜洗淨,一起放進盤中等待。Turn the chicken breast out, brush with a little red pepper sauce, and bake in the oven for 6 minitus.
拿出雞胸肉,翻面,刷上少量紅辣椒醬,再放入烤箱烤6分鐘。Take out the chicken breast, place the butter slices on top, let the heat slowly melt the butter and put some red pepper in aside.
將雞胸肉拿出,將切片的黃油放在上面,讓餘溫把黃油慢慢地融合,然後擺盤。可放一些紅辣椒醬在旁邊。最後來一張和我的菜品的合照,耶!
