用料  

Warm water 溫水 1 cup+1 tbsp
Butter(melted) 黃油(融化) 1/3 cup
Active dry yeast 酵母 2 tbsp
Sugar 糖 1/4 cup
Salt 鹽 1/2 tsp
Egg 雞蛋 1
Flour 麵粉 3 1/2 cups

Quick Dinner Rolls 快手小餐包的做法  

  1. In a bowl combine the water, butter, yeast and sugar. Allow to rest at room temperature for 15 minutes. 將水、黃油、酵母和糖混合,在室溫下放置15分鐘。

  2. Mix two cups of the flour, egg and salt into the yeast mixture. Then continue adding the rest of the flour by 1/2 cups. 將麵粉,雞蛋和鹽加入已混合好的溼料中,然後再加入剩餘的1/2麵粉。

  3. When the dough is formed, knead for about 5 minutes on a flat surface. 當面團成型後,放在工作臺揉麵5分鐘。

  4. Form the dough into balls, around 10-12 and place them on a parchment-lined sheet pan. Allow them to rest for 10 minutes. 將麵糰分成1.5oz一個,搓成10-12個小球,擺在鋪好烤紙的烤盤上。醒10分鐘。

  5. Bake at 400F for about 10 minutes or until they are golden brown. 置於400F的烤箱中烤10分鐘或直至金黃。
