最近迷上了墨西哥菜,光臨了北京少有的幾家墨西哥餐館之後,終於忍不住要自己動手了。於是nacho自然是第一步。菜譜靈感來自youtube,原地址

用料  

雞胸肉 2塊切丁
玉米片 1袋(13oz裝)
紫洋蔥 1/2個
番茄 1個
培根 8片
橄欖油 1tsp
1/2tsp
黑胡椒 1/2tsp
大蒜粉 1tsp
辣椒粉 1tsp
燒烤醬 3/4杯
芝士碎 2杯
香芹 2tsp
牛油果 1個
酸奶油 1/2杯

BBQ chicken nachos燒烤雞肉玉米片的做法  

  1. 先預熱烤箱到180℃,備用

  2. 鍋內熱油,加入雞肉丁,加入鹽,黑胡椒,大蒜粉,辣椒粉,翻炒2-3分鐘;加入燒烤醬,直到醬汁濃縮到只有一半,大概五分鐘吧,然後離火

  3. 取個大烤盤。擺上一層玉米片,然後加上炒好的雞肉,切好的洋蔥絲,番茄丁,培根片,西芹碎,灑上芝士碎(我用了mozzarella和cheddar),然後可以再加一層玉米片,重複上面操作

  4. 進烤箱,烤15分鐘

  5. 拿出來,加上牛油果丁和酸奶油,搞定!!!

  6. 為了更加重口,我還加了jalapeno~

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 chicken breasts, finely diced
½ tablespoon Kosher salt
½ tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
¾ cup barbecue sauce
1 13-ounce bag of tortilla chips
2 cups shredded cheese blend
½ red onion, finely sliced
1 tomato, diced
8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
1 avocado, diced

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Heat the oil in a pan over high heat. Cook the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder for two to three minutes. Add the bbq sauce and cook until the sauce has reduced by about half, about five minutes. Remove from heat.
In a large skillet, spread out two large handfuls of tortilla chips. Layer with half of the bbq chicken, followed by half of the cheese, onion, tomato, bacon, and parsley. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Bake for 15 minutes.
Drizzle the sour cream and sprinkle the avocado on top. Serve!
