3个鸡蛋,去壳约150g,加入110g白砂糖打散,加入半小勺香草精
低粉120g、泡打粉4g、小苏打1g、可可粉25g混合过筛加入蛋液,拌成面糊
黄油隔水融化,加入面糊拌匀
取三分之一面糊倒入铺锡纸的烤盘抹平,190度中层上下火,8分钟,以同样的方法烤好三片蛋糕底
糖60g、朗姆酒25ml、水75g调成一小碗糖浆
椰蓉130g、杏仁粉50g、糖45g混合,黄油25g软化加入,用手搓开,加朗姆酒5ml,淡奶油300g拌匀作馅料
每片蛋糕底部朝上,刷一层糖浆,铺一层馅料,用刮刀抹平,重复三次,最上层以巧克力碎、可可粉作装饰
