HUGO'S MEATBALL | 雨果牛肉丸
Beef meatball, crisp and tender inside,full of chewiness and moderate saltiness. The flavour of beef and thyme and other seasonings complement each other.

eggs 雞蛋 | 2 |
cheese 乾酪 | 20g |
salt 鹽 | 4g |
black pepper 黑胡椒粉 | 1Tbsp . |

parsley 歐芹 | 1Tbsp. |
basil 羅勒碎 | 1Tbsp. |
thyme 百里香 | 1Tbsp. |
bran 麪包糠 | As needed |

原料。Cut the beef into pieces and pour all the
seasoning and beef into the
blender.
將牛肉切塊,把所有調料與牛肉倒入攪拌機中。Stir.
攪拌。Add an egg and flour,
stir clockwise, and hand strain.
加入一個雞蛋與生粉,順時針攪拌,並進行手工上勁。Spread a layer of oil on the baking pan and
put egg liquid, flour
and bread bran in three containers respectively.
在烤盤上塗一層油,並在三個容器中分別放雞蛋液、麪粉、麪包糠。Pinch out the beef balls by hand, mix the flour, egg liquid and bread

用手捏出牛肉丸,依次混合麪粉、雞蛋液、麪包糠,然後把牛肉丸工整擺在烤盤上。Put it into the oven,
