用料  

四季 一把 300-400g
橄欖 4-5 tbsp
Shallot 1
Garlic cloves 2
Spring onion 1 white part only
Sugar mascavado 1tbsp
Soy sauce 1-2 tbsp

既省事又可口的素乾煸四季豆的做法  

  1. Chop (mince) shallot, spring onion and garlic and place in a nonstick large pot. Put generous amount of olive oil (very important, generous amount) in pot. Add 1tbsp sugar and 1-2tbsp soy sauce.

  2. Heat over medium to low heat for 2-3 min to release fragrance but do not burn the seasoning.

  3. Add the beans. Stir and cover the pot. Let the beans steam in their own juice for 5min. Stir. Cover again for 2-3min. Stir again and decide whether to cover again for 2min. Serve when beans are wrinkled but not burnt.
