  1.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             先将面筋球用剪刀剪洞,然后用筷子在洞内蠕动几下,食指转转(不要破)以便放肉馅。

  2. 肉先放葱姜末,盐, 酱油, 味精, 胡椒粉,五香粉,香油搅匀,朝一方向拌匀(不易出水)

  3. 1.将搅好的肉馅逐一的放入面筋球内备用.
    2.西兰花放在开水内断生,开水内放入少许盐和油,使之更加碧绿,装盘摆好。

  4. 锅内放油烧热,下葱段姜片八角爆香,放入狮子头(口朝下)煎半分钟封口,倒料酒盖上半分钟挥发,加入热水至面筋飘起,加入老抽,冰糖,干辣椒大火烧开,加盐调味,中火十五分钟,汤汁勾芡出盘。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        注意倒料酒焖时,不要被油花溅到
