Potatoes,all-purpose|土豆 960g
Eggs,beaten|雞蛋 1-3個
Onion,minced|洋葱 120g
Flour|麪粉 60g
Baking powder|發酵粉 15ml
Pepper and salt|黑胡椒粉和鹽 TT
Nutmeg|肉豆蔻 TT
Vegetable oil|植物油 120ml
Butter|黃油 TT
Applesource|蘋果醬 as needed
Thousand island source|千島醬 as needed
Carrot|胡蘿蔔 少量

  2. Prepare all the ingredients and put the cutted potato into micowave oven (about 6 min).
    準備好所有食材和配料。將土豆切片放入微波爐中打熟(約6min)。

  3. Peel and coarsely grate the potato in a and chopsticks can keep the granular feeling. Rolling pins and spoons can make it more delicate.
    熟的土豆放進碗裏壓成泥狀,用叉子、筷子可以保持顆粒感,用擀麪杖或勺子則更加細膩。

    Add the eggs,onion,flour and baking on with nutmeg,salt and pepper and some butter. Blend well.

  5. Heat the oil. Form the potato mixture into 12 uniform-sized pancakes and pan-fry them until tender,turning once when well browned on the first ve them from pan and drain well. Serve hot with applesource or  thousand island source, if desired.
