用料  

Passion fruit pulp 熱情果果肉(ard 13pcs) 300g
Suger 冰糖 200g
Chinese alcohol 雙29.5% 500ml

熱情果甜酒的做法  

  1. Wash and dry the passion fruits, cut and scope out all the pulp n put in a clear glass jar ( no water no oil n clean by alcohol)

  2. Add the sugar on top of the pulps and put all the alcohol and close the lid.

  3. 1st week need to move and shake the jar slightly and open the lid make sure gas comes out

小貼士

Let’s the jar rest in somewhere cool for at least 3 months, the one I made rest for 5 months it’s nicer in colour n smoother n sweeter, it’s what I prefer
