All purpose flour | 150g |
Cake flour | 150g |
Sugar | 25g |
Salt | 2g |
Baking powder | 8g |
Heavy whipping cream > 35% | 375g |
小高姐的cream biscuit/scone(搬運)的做法
Mix (don’t knead) ingredients. Use round cookie cutter, cut into 1/2 inch thick pieces.
Set oven to 425F / 220C, bake for 16-18min.
