用料  

All purpose flour 150g
Cake flour 150g
Sugar 25g
Salt 2g
Baking powder 8g
Heavy whipping cream > 35% 375g

小高姐的cream biscuit/scone(搬運)的做法  

  1. Mix (don’t knead) ingredients. Use round cookie cutter, cut into 1/2 inch thick pieces.

  2. Set oven to 425F / 220C, bake for 16-18min.
